Role Overview:
We are looking for an ambitious and analytical E-Commerce Growth Manager to support the
growth of our online business across marketplaces, quick commerce, and digital commerce
channels.
This role will work closely with the E-Commerce Lead to execute growth strategies, manage
advertising performance, improve marketplace visibility, and drive revenue growth across
channels. The ideal candidate understands both the commercial and operational aspects of
e-commerce and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketplace Growth & Performance
Support the execution of channel growth strategies across Amazon, Flipkart,
healthcare marketplaces, and quick commerce platforms.
Monitor channel performance and identify opportunities to improve traffic,
conversion, and sales.
Track category trends, competitor activity, and marketplace opportunities.
Support new product launches, promotions, and channel expansion initiatives.
- Advertising & Revenue Growth
Manage marketplace advertising campaigns across Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and
other relevant platforms.
Monitor campaign performance, ROAS, TACOS, conversion rates, and customer
acquisition metrics.
Continuously optimize budgets, keywords, placements, and campaign structures.
Work with agencies and internal stakeholders to improve advertising efficiency and
revenue growth.
Develop and maintain dashboards tracking sales, advertising performance,
profitability, and key business metrics.
Analyze channel performance and identify actionable growth opportunities.
Prepare weekly and monthly business reviews with recommendations.
Monitor pricing, promotions, and competitive bench marking.
- Cross-Functional Execution
Coordinate with operations, supply chain, customer support, and marketing teams
to ensure smooth execution of growth initiatives.
Work closely with agencies, marketplace account managers, and channel partners.
Ensure inventory availability supports planned campaigns and growth objectives.
Support implementation of process improvements across channels.
Monitor listing quality, search visibility, ratings, reviews, and content performance.
Identify opportunities to improve conversion rates through content, merchandising,
bundling, and pricing strategies.
Support marketplace compliance and account health management.
Requirements
2-5 years of experience in E-Commerce, Marketplace Growth, Digital Commerce, or
Performance Marketing roles.
Hands-on experience managing marketplace advertising and growth initiatives.
Strong understanding of Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce platforms.
Experience analyzing performance metrics such as ROAS, TACOS, conversion rates,
CTR, and customer acquisition costs.
Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
Ability to independently manage projects and drive execution.
Startup mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Experience
Experience in healthcare, wellness, medical devices, nutrition, consumer electronics,
or D2C brands.
Exposure to quick commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Instamart, and Zepto.
Experience working with marketplace agencies and third-party sellers.
Familiarity with marketplace advertising platforms and analytics tools.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
