We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Executive to manage daily administrative operations and support smooth office functioning. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and basic knowledge of office software.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions through phone calls and walk-ins.
- Prepare invoices and maintain billing records.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for product-related requirements.
- Manage packaging and dispatch of products.
- Track courier shipments and delivery status.
- Maintain and update daily inventory records.
- Provide general administrative and office support.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and MS Office tools.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized.
- Prior experience in administration or office support is preferred.
