Job Responsibilities of a Hindi Teacher
1. Academic ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver engaging Hindi lessons (Grammar, Literature, Writing & Comprehension).Prepare annual plans, lesson plans, and assessment schedules.Conduct regular class tests, assignments, and examinations.Provide remedial coaching for slow learners and enrichment for advanced learners.Prepare students for board examinations (Class 10).Maintain academic records and progress reports.
2. Residential / Hostel ResponsibilitiesAct as a mentor and guide beyond classroom hours.Communicate regularly with resident principal and management regarding student progress.Support students emotionally (especially homesick students).
3. Co-Curricular & Language DevelopmentOrganize Hindi debates, elocutions, poetry recitation, drama, and essay competitions.Encourage reading habits (Hindi books, newspapers, magazines).Develop students’ public speaking and communication skills in Hindi.
4. Parent & Institutional CoordinationAttend parent meetings and provide academic feedback.Collaborate with other teachers for interdisciplinary projects.Participate in staff meetings and training programs.Contribute to school publications, newsletters, or annual magazines.
5. Administrative & Documentation WorkMaintain attendance registers and academic records.Prepare question papers and evaluation reports.Assist in admissions, inspections, and school events when required.
6. Role Model in a Residential SchoolMaintain professional conduct 24/7 (students observe teachers closely).Promote moral values, discipline, and cultural awareness.Encourage Hindi as a language of expression in daily communication.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
