Role Summary
The Assistant Manager – CRM will be responsible for managing the complete post-sales customer relationship lifecycle, ensuring a seamless experience from booking to possession. The role requires strong coordination between customers, internal departments, and project teams to ensure smooth documentation, milestone communication, payment tracking, and customer service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Relationship Management
- Manage the complete customer lifecycle from booking to possession.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Address and resolve customer queries, concerns, and escalations in a professional manner.
Post-Sales Coordination
- Coordinate with sales, legal, finance, and project teams to ensure smooth post-sales processes.
- Manage documentation including allotment letters, agreements, and legal documentation.
Payment & Collections Follow-up
- Track customer payment schedules based on construction milestones.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending payments and outstanding dues.
Customer Communication
- Provide customers with regular project updates and milestone communications.
- Coordinate site visits, customer meetings, and service requests.
Handover & Possession Management
- Coordinate the handover process including inspections, documentation, and possession formalities.
- Ensure closure of snag issues prior to final handover.
CRM Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate customer databases and CRM records.
- Prepare reports related to collections, customer feedback, and service requests.
Key Skills Required
- Strong Customer Relationship Management experience
- Knowledge of real estate post-sales processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong coordination with cross-functional teams
- Ability to handle customer escalations professionally
- Good knowledge of documentation and possession procedures
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Commerce / Marketing / Related Field
MBA (Marketing / Sales / CRM) – Preferred
