Roles & Responsibilities of a Business Development Executive (BDE):
- Identify new business opportunities through online bidding platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and other portals.
- Prepare and submit professional, customized, and attractive proposals according to client requirements.
- Understand project requirements clearly and coordinate with the technical or internal team for project discussions.
- Handle client communication through chat, email, and virtual meetings in a professional manner.
- Generate leads through cold calling, emailing, networking, and online research.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for long-term business opportunities.
- Follow up with potential clients regarding proposals, meetings, and project discussions.
- Negotiate project pricing, timelines, and deliverables with clients.
- Maintain records of leads, proposals, and client interactions.
- Achieve monthly targets related to lead generation, conversions, and business growth.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry requirements.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve business strategies and client acquisition.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
