Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries through chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining high service quality.
- Provide accurate information regarding hotel bookings and services.
- Maintain chat quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
- Follow company policies and standard operating procedures.
Eligibility
- Graduate freshers are eligible to apply.
- Undergraduate/Graduate candidates with a minimum of 6 months of customer support experience can apply.
- Good written English communication skills are mandatory.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Comfortable working from the Gurgaon office.
- Minimum AMCAT score of 65 required.
- Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
