Key Responsibilities:
- Visit customers with overdue loans and collect pending EMIs/payments.
- Follow up with customers via calls and field visits for recovery.
- Negotiate repayment plans with customers facing financial difficulties.
- Maintain accurate records of collections, visits, and customer interactions.
- Issue receipts for all payments collected.
- Update daily recovery reports and submit to the supervisor.
- Identify high-risk/default cases and escalate when required.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and legal recovery practices.
- Handle customer queries and disputes in a professional manner.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred).
- Experience in loan recovery, collections, NBFC, microfinance, or banking preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle difficult conversations and pressure situations.
- Basic knowledge of loan products and repayment structures.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
Pay: From ₹8,729.47 per month
