About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused professional to support our Employee Benefits and Corporate Insurance portfolio. The role involves end-to-end client servicing, claims coordination, policy administration, employee support, renewals assistance, and stakeholder management to ensure a seamless client experience.
The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional service to corporate clients and their employees.
Key Responsibilities : Claims Management & Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee and client claim-related queries.
- Coordinate with insurers, TPAs, hospitals, and internal stakeholders for timely claim processing and resolution.
- Track reimbursement, cashless, GPA, GTL, and other insurance claims.
- Ensure proper documentation and follow-up on pending claims.
- Maintain claim trackers and provide periodic updates to clients.
- Escalate critical cases and drive resolution within agreed timelines.
- Support employees during hospitalization and claim settlement processes.
Client Servicing & Relationship Management
- Manage day-to-day servicing requirements for assigned corporate clients.
- Address policy-related queries from HR teams and employees.
- Coordinate issuance of policy documents, endorsements, additions, deletions, and corrections.
- Assist clients with enrolment activities and policy administration.
- Conduct employee insurance awareness sessions and policy orientations.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
Policy Administration
- Verify policy schedules, endorsements, and insurer communications.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of client records and policy data.
- Support issuance and distribution of employee e-cards and benefit manuals.
- Maintain service logs, renewal trackers, and client databases.
Renewal Support
- Assist the Corporate Solutions team during renewal cycles.
- Coordinate collection of employee data and claims experience reports.
- Support preparation of quote comparison sheets and renewal presentations.
- Follow up with insurers and internal teams to ensure timely policy issuance.
MIS & Reporting
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service reports.
- Maintain claims and servicing dashboards.
- Analyze service trends and identify improvement opportunities.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with internal processes.
Desired Skills & Competencies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent client handling and relationship management abilities.
- Good understanding of health insurance, group medical insurance (GMC), group personal accident (GPA), and group term life (GTL) policies.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and escalation management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple client accounts.
Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Insurance, healthcare, HR, or customer service background preferred.
- IRDAI certification (preferred but not mandatory).
Pay: ₹224,267.05 - ₹450,000.00 per year
