Proven experience in IT / Domestic Staffing Business Development
Strong expertise in working with Direct Clients, MSPs
Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets
Strong negotiation, communication, and client management skills
Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for business expansion
Key Responsibilities
-Develop and manage new client relationships,
-Drive consistent business growth and achieve defined revenue targets
-Identify new business opportunities in the Domestic Staffing market
-Collaborate closely with delivery and recruitment teams to ensure successful closures
-Maintain strong follow-ups, pipeline management, and account growth strategies
