Job Purpose:
- Define geographical strategy to source, shortlist, and identify target companies for selling services.
- Write convincing business communications, design packages and pricing, and pitch to clients to establish tie-ups.
- Convert leads into business associates and maintain long-term relationships.
- Develop and manage the client database with accuracy.
- Ensure highest client satisfaction during service delivery by resolving grievances effectively.
- Promote company offers and promotions to clients regularly.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Work on franchise tie-ups and organize free health camps.
Requisite Skills:
- Excellent and convincing written & verbal communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of Healthcare sector, especially Laboratories.
- Ability to maintain strong rapport with clients for maximum satisfaction.
- Good sense of costing and coordination with internal teams for best service delivery.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic with leadership qualities.
- Ability to continuously update knowledge about market trends and company services.
Desired Skills:
- Handled turnover of a diagnostic brand of around ₹50–100 crore.

B.Sc. (Biology / Chemistry) / PGDM or MBA – Sales & Marketing
