We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and customer-oriented Food & Beverage (F&B) Assistant to join our hospitality team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment, and ensuring that guest satisfaction remains our top priority.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a positive attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest service: Welcome and greet guests warmly, assist them with seating and present menu.
- Order management: take the orders accurately and communicate correctly to the kitchen team.
- Stock & Inventory: restock services stations, cutlery, glassware and condiments as needed.
Required Qualification:
- Graduation / Diploma in Hotel Management.
- Any relevant field.
