Job Responsibilities
- Follow up on outstanding insurance claims.
- Work on denied, rejected, and underpaid claims.
- Contact insurance companies via phone and payer portals.
- Analyze claim denials and take corrective actions.
- Verify claim status and payment details.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Coordinate with billing and coding teams for claim resolution.
Requirements
- 1–5 years of US Healthcare Medical Billing experience.
- Strong knowledge of AR Follow-up and Denial Management.
- Experience with commercial and government payers.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Work from Office)
Shift: Night Shift (US Shift) – Monday to Friday
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
