- Coordinate with customers to understand their commercial vehicle financing requirements.
- Liaise with banks, NBFCs, and finance partners for loan processing and approvals.
- Collect, verify, and maintain customer finance documentation.
- Ensure timely submission of loan applications and follow up until disbursement.
- Support Sales Consultants in achieving finance conversion targets.
- Track finance cases from enquiry to vehicle delivery.
- Coordinate with insurance, registration, and accounts teams for smooth retail processing.
- Maintain finance MIS, loan status reports, and disbursement records.
- Ensure compliance with financier policies and dealership SOPs.
- Resolve finance-related customer queries and documentation issues.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banking and finance partners.
- Identify opportunities to improve finance penetration and customer satisfaction.
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
