Job Description
We are one of the leading software organizations in Nagercoil, delivering innovative digital solutions to restaurants, retail businesses, and enterprises. We are looking for a dynamic Outdoor Sales & Marketing Professional who can actively engage with clients, generate leads, and convert opportunities into business.
The role involves direct client visits, phone-based outreach using structured scripts, product demonstrations, and closing sales for our software products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit potential clients (restaurants, retail stores, offices, and businesses) to promote company software solutions
- Contact prospective customers via phone using company-provided call scripts and follow-up strategies
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Present and explain company offerings such as:
- Web Applications
- Customized POS Software for Restaurants & Retail
- Static & E-commerce Website Development
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team for solution proposals
- Maintain daily reports of client visits, calls, leads, and conversions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer needs in the local region
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Any degree / diploma (Marketing, Business, IT preferred but not mandatory)
- Experience in field sales, software sales, IT services, or B2B sales is an advantage
- Strong communication skills in Tamil (English knowledge is a plus)
- Confidence in approaching customers and explaining products
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Basic understanding of computers, software, or digital services
- Two-wheeler with valid license preferred (for client visits)
