Key Skills: Experience of Quantity Survey/billing works in Metro Projects. Structure works in Metro Projects like Pile, Pile cap, Pier, Pier cap, Girder, Segment, etc.

Job Responsibilities/Key Responsibility Areas:
- Understanding the Design & Drawings of station, via duct, tunnel metro projects.
- Quantity Computation from Drawings for Steel, Concrete and other BOQ items.
- BBS preparation of Pile, Plie cap, Pier, Pier cap, Girder, Segment, etc.
- Checking of the Sub-contractor RA Bill w.r.t. work done and paid and to find out the excess quantity paid, if any. (also as per the physical execution)
- Checking of the RA Bills with Drawings, BBS, etc
- Material Reconciliation for bulk materials. Material consumption and reconciliation for all materials Steel, Concrete, Cement, etc, w.r.t. purchased quantity, theoretical quantity, actual consumed quantity, billed to client quantity, paid to sub-contractor quantity, work in progress, wastage, unbilled, unaccounted, etc.
- Checking of the Client RA Bills w.r.t. Work done and billed and to find out the unbilled amount (also as per the physical execution)
- Preparation of Extra Claim (i.e. work done but not claimed)
- Rate Analysis for extra work, non scheduled work.
- Understanding the BOQ of the project and recommending the cost savings for the project.
- Report preparation and presentation.
