Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Operations & Business Development Manager to lead security operations while driving business growth. The ideal candidate should possess strong operational management skills, excellent client relationship abilities, and proven experience in generating new business opportunities within the security services industry.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperations Management
- Manage day-to-day security operations across multiple client locations.
- Ensure smooth deployment of security personnel as per client requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections and operational audits.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, grooming, and performance of security staff.
- Handle client escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company SOPs.
- Coordinate recruitment, training, deployment, and replacements of security guards.
- Maintain operational MIS reports and submit management updates.
Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
- Meet prospective clients and present security service solutions.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial negotiations.
- Participate in tenders, vendor registrations, and e-procurement processes.
- Develop long-term relationships with corporate clients.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Client Relationship Management
- Conduct periodic client review meetings.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and contract retention.
- Handle contract renewals and service expansion opportunities.
- Coordinate with finance for collections and outstanding payments.
Team Management
- Lead Operations Officers, Field Officers, and Site Supervisors.
- Conduct performance reviews and operational meetings.
- Mentor team members to improve operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 8–15 years of experience in Security Services Operations and Business Development.
- Strong knowledge of security operations, manpower deployment, labour compliance, and contract management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel extensively.
