We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Guest Service Associate (GSA) – Housekeeping to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas according to hotel standards.
- Change bed linens, replace towels, and replenish guest amenities.
- Report maintenance issues, lost and found items, and safety concerns promptly.
- Ensure housekeeping carts and storage areas are clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Follow established cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and hygiene standards.
- Respond to guest requests courteously and efficiently.
- Assist in deep-cleaning projects and special housekeeping assignments as required.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
