Business Development
- Identify and generate new business opportunities across Tamil Nadu.
- Build a strong sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, referrals, digital platforms, and field visits.
- Develop relationships with business owners, directors, CXOs, finance heads, operations managers, and other key decision-makers.
- Meet monthly and quarterly business development targets.
Consultative Sales
- Understand customer business processes and operational challenges.
- Recommend suitable ERP or Management Operating System solutions based on customer requirements.
- Position the company's products as business transformation solutions rather than just software.
- Deliver compelling value propositions and ROI-based discussions.
Product Demonstration
- Conduct online and onsite product demonstrations.
- Explain product capabilities, implementation approach, and business benefits.
- Coordinate with pre-sales and implementation teams wherever required.
- Handle customer objections and queries professionally.
Proposal & Sales Closure
- Prepare commercial proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
- Ensure a smooth handover to the implementation and customer success teams.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build long-term customer relationships.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and customers.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction during the pre-sales phase.
Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, proposals, and opportunities in the CRM.
- Submit regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts.
- Provide market intelligence and competitor insights to management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 28 years of experience in ERP Sales, IT Enterprise Sales, SaaS Sales, Software Solution Sales, Technology Sales, or B2B Business Development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong understanding of consultative selling and solution-based sales.
- Ability to understand customer business requirements and recommend appropriate technology solutions.
- Willingness to travel across Tamil Nadu.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
