Internship Duration:
Start Date: 18th July, 2026
End Date: 15th August, 2026
Working Shifts:
- 7.30 AM – 4.40 PM
- 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Stipend & Benefits:
- Stipend: For Undergraguate Rs. 300/- day, For Masters Graduate - Rs. 450/day , 9hrs shift + 30mins refreshment break
- 1 Meal provided during shift
- Internship Certificate provided upon performance and seriousness during internship
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in monitoring food quality and hygiene standards.
- Support production team in maintaining food safety protocols.
- Observe and assist in food processing and preparation operations.
- Help in documentation related to quality control and production.
- Ensure cleanliness and compliance with food safety regulations.
- Coordinate with kitchen and production staff for smooth operations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Pursuing or recently completed Diploma/Degree in Food Technology / Food Science / Related Field.
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
- Willingness to work in shifts and learn in a fast-paced food production environment.
- Good observation and communication skills.
