Job Summary:
Looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with 0-2 years of expertise in managing construction projects, handling site operations, and ensuring timely completion with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities
- Plan project schedules and ensure timely execution
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and project reports
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with design specifications and safety norms
- Monitor project progress and resolve site issues
- Handle client interactions and reporting
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of construction management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, or Primavera (preferred)
- Good problem-solving and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of billing, estimation, and quality control
Qualifications:
- B.Tech/B.E in Civil Engineering
- 0-2 years of relevant experience in construction/project execution
