Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate, caring, and dedicated PRT Mother Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive learning environment and ensuring the academic, social, emotional, and behavioral development of primary-grade students.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons as per the school curriculum.
- Create a nurturing, safe, and child-friendly classroom environment.
- Monitor and support students' academic, emotional, and social growth.
- Maintain classroom discipline and encourage positive behavior.
- Assess student performance and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and development.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assessments, and teaching aids.
- Participate in school events, assemblies, celebrations, and co-curricular activities.
- Collaborate with coordinators and fellow teachers to enhance student learning outcomes.
- Ensure the overall well-being and safety of students throughout the school day.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- B.Ed. (Mandatory).
- Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience in a primary school.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Passion for working with young learners.

- Ability to create interactive and activity-based learning experiences.
- Proficiency in English communication.
