Job Description:
- Assess the medical needs of patients over telephone at the primary care level based on diagnosis.
- Review patient details and medical history provided to the doctors.
- Suggest required diagnostic tests based on diagnosis.
- Recommend or refer patients to specialists if necessary.
- Communicate with patients to understand their health goals, dietary needs, preferences, and restrictions.
- Develop personalized nutrition plans for clients.
- Compile information and track client progress towards health goals.
- Enter patient information accurately into the patient database.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- M.Sc. / B.Sc. in Nutrition/Dietetics or related field.
- Pleasing personality with excellent communication skills.
- High professional attitude and dedication.
