Civil Project Manager
We are looking for a Civil Project Manager who has to oversees infrastructure and building projects from conception to completion. They are responsible for project planning, budgeting, scheduling, contractor management, and ensuring safety code compliance. Their primary goal is to deliver projects on time, within scope, and under budget.
Core Responsibilities :
- Project Planning & Execution: Define project scope, establish timelines, and develop detailed construction management plans.
- Budget & Resource Management: Prepare cost estimates, manage project funds, and allocate resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) efficiently.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with architects, structural engineers, government officials, and clients to align on project objectives.
- Contractor & Vendor Relations: Negotiate contracts with general contractors and subcontractors, and monitor their on-site performance.
- Quality & Safety Assurance: Enforce quality control standards, ensure adherence to local building codes, and implement strict health and safety protocols.
- Reporting: Track physical progress daily/weekly and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management
- Experience: Typically 15+ years of experience in the civil infrastructure or commercial construction environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in project management and the ability to read blueprints and technical specifications.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
