Key Responsibilities:
- To meet or succeed yearly and monthly targets by inviting delegates through complimentary VIP passes consistently to all possible targets; repeat delegates, new clients and prospects.
- To convince the prospect of the benefits of attending our events
- Learning about the companies and job roles for this industry to ensure you sell to the right people Conducting thorough research to source new leads relevant to each event
- Effectively contact all key prospects by telephone Database management
Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills (speaking & writing)
- Ability to understand the product and pitch it to the right target audience Should possess excellent negotiation skills
- Ability to perform consistently in a target oriented environment
- Result oriented, high emotional intelligence and willing to work under agreed parameters of performance and operating conditions.
- Previous experience in delegates’ sales for conferences & summits is preferred Needs to be self-motivated
- Should have the skills to conduct their own research and approach potential clients
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
