St. Xavier's High School, Tinigharia is seeking a passionate, dedicated, and qualified TGT Hindi Teacher to join its academic team. The candidate will be responsible for teaching Hindi to middle and secondary school students, creating engaging lesson plans, and fostering a positive learning environment that encourages academic excellence and overall student development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Teach Hindi language and literature effectively to students as per the school curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and classroom activities to make learning interactive and engaging.
- Assess student performance through regular tests, assignments, and classroom participation.
- Maintain discipline and ensure a supportive classroom environment.
- Encourage students to participate in language-related activities, competitions, and cultural events.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and performance.
- Participate actively in school programs, meetings, and co-curricular activities.
- Maintain records of attendance, assessments, and academic progress.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Hindi or relevant subject.
- B.Ed or equivalent teaching qualification is mandatory.
- Strong communication and teaching skills.
- Knowledge of English is required; knowledge of Odia will be an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply; prior teaching experience will be considered an added advantage.
