We're looking for a Program Manager who enjoys building systems, improving processes, and driving operational excellence.
Role Overview
As the Program Manager, you will own the execution engine behind Kalai's influencer marketing operations across all client brands. Your responsibility isn't to run campaigns yourself — it's to ensure every campaign is executed consistently, efficiently, and at a high standard. You will work closely with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Brand Teams to improve workflows, increase adoption of Kalai Creator, standardize processes, and continuously improve how execution happens across the business.
A core focus of this role is driving alignment between the Creator Outreach team and the Content & Ideation team — ensuring both teams are moving in sync, unblocked, and working toward the same output goals. You will identify bottlenecks before they become delays, build systems that make the work repeatable, and ensure posting volume scales consistently across all clients without compromising quality.
The right person for this role makes the machine run better — not by doing everything, but by ensuring everyone else can do their part without friction. If campaigns are going live on time, teams are aligned, volume is growing, and Kalai Creator is the single source of truth across all client operations — this role is working.

What You'll Own
Operational Excellence
- Own operational health across multiple client accounts.
- Build and improve SOPs and operational playbooks.
- Ensure consistent execution across all teams.
- Drive weekly governance meetings and operational reviews.
- Identify bottlenecks and resolve execution issues proactively.
Product Adoption
- Own the successful adoption of Kalai Creator across teams.
- Train new team members on workflows and best practices.
- Improve operational efficiency by driving process changes through the product.
- Collect structured feedback from operations teams and partner with Product and Engineering to improve the platform.
Program Management
- Coordinate work across multiple influencer teams.
- Ensure deliverables are completed on time.
- Monitor operational KPIs and team performance.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution.
Continuous Improvement
- Capture learnings from one brand and implement them across all brands.
- Introduce better workflows, automations, and reporting.
- Reduce manual effort wherever possible.
- Create a culture of documentation and operational discipline.

What We're Looking For
Must Have
- 3–6 years of experience in Operations, Program Management, Business Operations, PMO, or Process Excellence.
- Experience implementing or managing operational tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, SAP, or similar platforms.
- Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent documentation and process design abilities.
- Comfortable working with data, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication and training skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience in influencer marketing, marketing agencies, creator economy, or D2C brands.
- Experience working with internal software products.
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum practices.
- Experience leading change management or digital transformation initiatives.
