Hiring Position: Center Student Counselor
Location: Vidyanagar , Hubli
Working Hours: Full Time : Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Under the direction of a Centre Head organise, maintain and operate the centre and provide wide variety of career counseling information and materials, communicate with students, faculty, parents and community representatives concerning career planning and centre operations. Keeping records/track of Collection and Billing.
Roles and Responsibilities as CAC:
The Counselor is responsible for administering all aspects of the centre search and admissions process, including the following:
1. Counselling the students and parents about institute, admissions process, trends, procedures, and testing and helping students and families aspire realistically and choose wisely.
2. Maintain account records for collection and billing and update the same to Head Office.
3. Maintain various reports for Management and Head Office.
4. Fix appointment with various colleges, organisation to showcase / promote our courses.
5. Plan, organise, develop and implement career events and publications; prepare letters, flyers, mailers and other materials to publicise Career Centre services, resources and speaker programs.
6. Prepare and deliver informational presentation as requested, orient students to Career Centre resources and services.
7. Attend meetings, conferences and seminars regarding career trends, college entrance and financial aid.
8. Keeping track of admission decisions, statistics, and making a report to the management.
- Create and plan activities in the centre.
What We’re Looking For
Educational Qualification: Graduate in any discipline (MBA advantage).
Experience : Minimum 1-2 years in an educational institute or service industry, with a track record of managing teams and delivering results.
Skills: Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.
Attitude : A proactive and passionate individual who is committed to student success and center growth.
