Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you’ll be the visual storyteller for our brand, turning complex ideas into high-impact designs that resonate with our audience. From digital marketing assets to print collateral, your work will define our visual identity across all platforms.
The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for typography, a mastery of color theory, and the ability to pivot between "clean and corporate" and "bold and experimental" without breaking a sweat.
Key Responsibilities
- Visual Strategy: Conceptualize and execute high-quality designs for social media, email campaigns, websites, and digital advertisements.
- Brand Stewardship: Maintain and evolve our brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.
- Print & Layout: Design physical assets including brochures, event signage, packaging, and business stationery.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm creative campaigns and translate briefs into visual realities.
- Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting strict deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, software updates, and emerging design technologies to keep our brand ahead of the curve.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign). Experience with Figma or Sketch is a major plus.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work across digital and print mediums.
- Layout & Typography: A deep understanding of grid systems, hierarchy, and how to use type to guide the user's eye.
- Communication: Ability to articulate the "why" behind your design choices and take constructive feedback with a professional attitude.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Nice-to-Haves
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects/Premiere Pro).
- Illustration or photography skills.
