Sales Manager – Bengaluru | 5+ Years
Role: Drive room revenue through corporate sales, travel partnerships, and business development while maximizing occupancy and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales and revenue targets.
- Develop corporate tie-ups and travel partnerships.
- Manage key accounts and client relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and secure long-stay bookings.
- Monitor market trends and competitors.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
- Coordinate with operations for seamless guest service.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of hospitality sales experience.
- Experience in hotels or serviced apartments.
- Strong corporate sales and revenue management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of the Bengaluru market.
- Proficiency in MS Office and hotel sales systems.
