A Telesales Executive is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to promote products or services, generate sales, and maintain customer relationships. The role involves understanding customer needs, providing product information, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Explain products and services clearly to customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Follow up on leads and maintain customer databases.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Address customer questions and objections professionally.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports and update CRM systems regularly.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM proficiency.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
