Skills required.
Ø To be able to work on MS word. Ms Excel, Outlook 365. (basic knowledge).
Ø Summarize crucial information such as abnormal vitals, labs, imaging from patients.
Ø Excellent knowledge of abnormal vitals. Labs and ability to interpret abnormal imaging.
Ø Ability to assess patient’s day to day condition based on the data available of the patient.
Ø Present the summarized data in the best of ways to be submitted to the payor.
Ø Ability to meet the Care guidelines (MCG and InterQual)- Prior experience in the Care guidelines is preferred, however not mandatory.
Ø Ability to work on EMRs/EHRs of different hospitals of U.S. (prior experience on EMRs is preferred).
Ø Should be Good with Computers with typing speed of 30WPM.
Responsibilities
Ø To be willing to work in any shifts including U.S shifts.
Ø Should work on minimum 8 -10 cases /day, complete the daily given task.
Ø Attend weekly meetings with U.S counterparts and meetings within team.
Ø Collaborate with the Team and its duties. Backing up for a team member when needed.
Ø Willingness to work on week Offs/ holidays (if needed).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
