Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Center Manager to oversee the end-to-end operations of the training center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for admissions, center operations, team management, student engagement, placement coordination, and building relationships with colleges and industry partners to ensure successful training and employment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day center operations and ensure smooth functioning.
- Lead and mentor the admissions, counseling, training, and operations teams.
- Drive admissions, enrollments, and achieve center performance targets.
- Build and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, and training partners.
- Coordinate with employers and placement partners to facilitate student placements.
- Organize placement drives, career fairs, campus connect programs, and employer engagement activities.
- Monitor student attendance, batch scheduling, and training quality.
- Maintain MIS reports, documentation, and ensure process compliance.
- Handle stakeholder management, student grievances, and parent interactions.
- Ensure high student satisfaction and successful training outcomes.

Preferred Background
Candidates from EdTech, Skill Development, Training Institutes, Higher Education, Vocational Training, Coaching Institutes, or Educational Institutions will be preferred.
Eligibility
- Graduate/MBA preferred.
- 2–8 years of relevant experience in Center Management, Branch Operations, Admissions, Placement, Academic Operations, or Skill Development.
- Experience in college partnerships, placement coordination, or student engagement will be an added advantage.
Pay: Up to ₹90,000.00 per month
