Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and experienced PGT English Teacher to teach senior secondary classes (XI–XII). The candidate should possess strong subject knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to develop students’ language proficiency, literary appreciation, and critical thinking skills in accordance with the curriculum guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Teach English to Classes XI–XII as per CBSE/Cambridge/School curriculum.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, assignments, and assessment materials.
- Develop students’ reading, writing, speaking, and analytical skills.
- Conduct engaging classroom sessions using modern teaching methodologies.
- Prepare students for board examinations and competitive assessments.
- Evaluate answer sheets, projects, presentations, and maintain academic records.
- Provide constructive feedback and academic guidance to students.
- Organize literary activities such as debates, elocution, creative writing, drama, and language enrichment programs.
- Integrate technology and digital tools into classroom teaching.
- Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, school events, training sessions, and academic planning activities.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s Degree in English from a recognized university.
- B.Ed. degree is mandatory.
- Strong command of English language and literature.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience
- Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience in senior secondary classes preferred.
- Experience in CBSE/ISC/Cambridge curriculum will be an added advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
