Job Title: PR Lead

Role Overview
Ekya Schools is looking for a dynamic PR Lead to strengthen the organization's brand presence, manage media relations, and drive strategic communication initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute PR and communication strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and key stakeholders.
- Draft press releases, media communications, and leadership messaging.
- Manage brand reputation and support crisis communication efforts.
- Coordinate media coverage for school events, achievements, and initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create impactful stories and content.
- Monitor media coverage and prepare PR performance reports.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Public Relations, Journalism, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in PR, Corporate Communications, or Media Relations.
- Excellent communication, networking, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred
- Experience in the education sector or brand communications is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
