Job Title: Business Development Executive (Fresher)
Location: Kakkanad, Kochi
Roles & Responsibilities
- Follow up after site visits to address pending issues, clarify client queries, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, referrals, and direct marketing activities.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient execution of client requirements.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
- Assist in creating presentation materials for client meetings and site visits.
- Conduct initial discussions with clients to understand project requirements and business needs.
- Manage tender submissions and ensure compliance with required formats, guidelines, and deadlines.
- Prepare quotations, maintain project documentation, and support vendor registration and compliance activities.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in site visit coordination, business development, or project management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail.
- Familiarity with tender processes and contract management.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
- Knowledge of documentation, quotation preparation, vendor registration, and compliance processes.
Qualification & Experience
- Any Graduate.
- Relevant experience in Business Development, Sales Coordination, or a similar role preferred.
