Job Overview:
The Personal Assistant to the Managing Director will provide high-level administrative, operational, and personal support to ensure smooth daily functioning, effective communication, and efficient time management for the MD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Managing Director’s daily schedule, meetings, and appointments
- Maintain calendar and provide timely reminders for important tasks
- Handle phone calls, emails, and confidential correspondence professionally
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the MD
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documents as required
- Organize travel arrangements including tickets, hotels, and itineraries
- Attend meetings with the MD and prepare Minutes of Meeting (MoM)
- Follow up on tasks assigned to various departments
- Maintain strict confidentiality of business and personal information
- Provide real-time administrative and operational support
- Ensure smooth execution of daily office activities and urgent tasks
Required Skills:
- Excellent work ethics and professionalism
- Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email, Internet, etc.)
- Good knowledge of hospitality and guest handling
- Ability to manage pressure and multitask efficiently
- High level of discipline, responsibility, and loyalty
- Problem-solving and quick decision-making ability
Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
