Summary:
As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code for multiple clients. Your typical day will involve collaborating with team members to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions, addressing any challenges that arise, and contributing to the overall enhancement of application functionality. You will also be responsible for maintaining existing systems and implementing new features to meet client needs, ensuring that the software remains efficient and effective in its operations.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll.
- Strong understanding of payroll processing and compliance regulations.
- Experience with integration of SAP HCM with other modules.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to payroll systems.
- Familiarity with reporting tools and data analysis within SAP HCM.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
