Experience
2–5 Years
Qualification
BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
2–5 years of experience in site/project execution roles
Diploma holders with higher relevant experience may be considered
Basic understanding of construction drawings and execution practices
Strong willingness to learn and grow in site-based roles
Key Responsibilities
1. Site Execution Support
Assist in execution of construction/installation activities at site
Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and instructions
Support monitoring of daily progress and milestone tracking
Escalate site issues and deviations to senior engineers
2. Contractor Coordination
Assist in supervising contractor activities and workforce
Ensure correct use of materials, tools, and equipment
Support tracking of contractor productivity and timelines
Participate in daily coordination discussions
3. Quality Assurance (QA/QC) Support
Assist in implementing QA/QC procedures and inspection plans
Support inspection of materials and workmanship
Maintain quality checklists and documentation
Ensure adherence to project quality standards
4. Safety & EHS Compliance
Follow and support implementation of EHS guidelines at site
Participate in safety meetings, audits, and toolbox talks
Identify unsafe practices and report to seniors
Promote safe working practices across site teams
5. Documentation & Reporting
Maintain site records, reports, and documentation
Update progress tracking sheets and daily reports
Support preparation of weekly/monthly reports
Ensure proper documentation for audits and compliance
6. Coordination & Learning
Coordinate with site engineers, planning, and procurement teams
Support communication between different stakeholders
Learn and adapt to multi-discipline project environments
Continuously upgrade technical and site execution knowledge
