Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee daily administrative and operational activities at Bytezora. This role is critical in ensuring smooth office functioning, supporting internal teams, and coordinating business operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks
- Coordinate internal team activities and communication
- Handle vendor management, procurement, and office supplies
- Support HR functions including onboarding and documentation
- Maintain records, reports, and internal documentation systems
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Support leadership in operational planning and execution
Required Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
- Basic understanding of business operations and HR processes
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
