Position description:
Develop technically robust, engaging, and accessible digital learning experiences with Articulate Storyline 360 as the primary development platform. The role requires strong hands-on Storyline expertise, independent problem-solving, disciplined quality assurance, and the ability to convert approved storyboards into polished, LMS-ready courses.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop complete eLearning courses, modules, microlearning, simulations, assessments, and reusable templates primarily in Articulate Storyline 360.
- Build basic to advanced interactions using layers, object states, triggers, variables, conditions, motion paths, lightboxes, question banks, and custom navigation.
- Translate storyboards, scripts, visual specifications, and functional requirements accurately into working Storyline screens.
- Configure course players, menus, resources, accessibility controls, completion rules, scoring, retries, and resume behavior according to project requirements.
- Synchronize narration, on-screen text, animation, video, captions, and interaction timing.
- Implement accessibility requirements, including keyboard navigation, logical focus order, alt text, captions/transcripts, readable contrast, visible focus states, and clear learner instructions.
- Publish and test packages for SCORM 1.2/2004, xAPI, or other required LMS standards; troubleshoot tracking, bookmarking, media, browser, and performance issues.
- Perform thorough self-QA covering content accuracy, trigger logic, interaction behavior, navigation, accessibility, visual consistency, and LMS functionality.
- Prepare translation-friendly source files, integrate localized text/audio, and perform localization QA when required.
- Create Storyline prototypes and proof-of-concepts, and contribute reusable components, templates, standards, and development best practices.
- Use approved AI tools where useful for asset generation, narration, localization, coding support, or productivity, while validating accuracy, licensing, privacy, and quality.

Educational qualifications preferred
- Degree: Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in digital learning, multimedia, technology, or a related discipline.
Required work experience
- Industry: Relevant eLearning development experience, with substantial hands-on experience in Articulate Storyline 360.

Required Competencies:
- Advanced hands-on expertise in Articulate Storyline 360 is essential.
- Strong command of triggers, variables, conditions, layers, states, assessments, custom player behavior, and troubleshooting.
- Strong storyboard interpretation, attention to detail, and practical visual-layout skills.
- Working knowledge of instructional design, adult learning, usability, accessibility, responsive learning, and LMS publishing/testing.
- Ability to estimate tasks, work independently, communicate risks early, and collaborate effectively with instructional designers, visual designers, QA, and project managers.
Required Knowledge:
Working knowledge of related tools such as Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, Lectora, Xyleme, audio/video editing tools, and image-editing applications is desirable.
