Urgent Hiring – Security Officer
Position: Security Officer
Location: Oragadam
Qualification & Experience:
- Any Degree / Diploma.
- Minimum 8 - 15 years of experience in industrial or corporate security.
- Ex-Army / Ex-Servicemen preferred.
- Must be able to speak Tamil and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge and report-writing skills are required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain all security registers, including gate entry/exit records, vehicle movement records, and material movement registers.
- Handle visitor management, including visitor registration, issuance of visitor passes, and maintaining visitor records.
- Monitor and control employee, visitor, contractor, and vehicle movements.
- Conduct regular patrols and security inspections across the facility.
- Ensure compliance with company security policies and procedures.
- Prepare daily security reports and incident reports.
- Coordinate with security agencies, contractors, and local authorities when required.
- Ensure the safety and security of company assets, employees, and premises.
Skills Required:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of register maintenance and visitor management systems.
- Ability to handle emergencies and security incidents effectively.
- Leadership qualities and team management skills.
