The Mission
We don't need a corporate bureaucrat; we need an Execution Ninja. As our Studio Operations & Customer Experience Lead, you will be the engine room of our daily business. You will bridge the gap between high-value physical inventory, luxury customer service, and seamless fulfillment. Key Responsibilities
- Studio & Stock Command: Manage incoming and outgoing high-value silver stock. Keep our inventory systems pristine, manage relations with courier partners, and coordinate fulfillment timelines.
- Luxury Customer Interaction: Own the post-click journey. Manage incoming premium inquiries (WhatsApp Business, D2C website, corporate clients) and provide high-touch consultative guidance to buyers.
- Quality Control & Unboxing Perfection: Oversee the final touchpoints. Ensure every premium silver gift and jewelry piece is strictly vetted for quality and packaged beautifully to deliver an unmatched unboxing experience.
- Vendor Tracking: Coordinate with artisan hubs, local manufacturing partners, and suppliers to ensure production timelines match our scaling market demand.
