A Front Desk Executive acts as the primary point of contact for an organization, balancing customer service with essential clerical support. They are responsible for managing daily reception operations, greeting clients, routing communications, and keeping the front workspace organized and secure
1. Guest Relations & Customer Service
- Greeting & Guiding: Welcome visitors, clients, and vendors warmly, addressing inquiries and directing them to the appropriate staff or department.
- Complaint Resolution: Listen to client concerns or feedback and resolve issues professionally, or escalate them to upper management.
- Hospitality: Set a positive and welcoming atmosphere in the reception area.
2. Communication Management
- Handling Calls: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, as well as take and distribute detailed messages.
- Correspondence: Review and sort incoming mail, deliveries, and emails; prepare and dispatch outgoing mail or packages.
- Internal Routing: Act as a bridge connecting different departments, staff, and external stakeholders.
3. Administrative Support
- Scheduling: Manage calendars, book meeting rooms, and schedule or confirm appointments and interviews.
- Data Organization: Maintain updated physical and digital files, visitor logs, and organizational directories.
- Clerical Tasks: Assist with general office duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
4. Office Operations & Security
- Access Control: Maintain office security by monitoring the reception area, issuing temporary passes, and keeping track of who enters the premises.
- Inventory Control: Monitor the levels of office and pantry supplies, and place orders for replacements when necessary.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
