Kitchen Barker (Captain Level)
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the communication link between the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Call out and coordinate food orders, ensuring timely preparation and dispatch.
- Monitor order flow and prioritize tickets based on service requirements.
- Verify food items against KOTs (Kitchen Order Tickets) before dispatch.
- Ensure all dishes meet presentation, quality, and portion standards before leaving the kitchen.
- Coordinate with chefs, stewards, and restaurant staff to minimize delays and service issues.
- Maintain accurate records of orders, modifications, and special guest requests.
- Monitor kitchen service times and assist in improving operational efficiency.
- Ensure proper organization of the pass counter and food dispatch area.
- Report shortages, delays, or operational concerns to kitchen management.
- Assist in training junior staff on kitchen coordination and communication procedures.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards at all times.
Pay: From ₹14,000.00 per month
