Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management; Master’s degree or an MBA in Project Management/Business is highly preferred. [1, 2, 3]
- Experience: 12 to 16 years of progressive experience in the civil construction or infrastructure industry, with at least 5–7 years in a senior leadership or General Management role.
- Skills: Strong financial and commercial acumen; deep knowledge of construction standards, project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera), and contract negotiations.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- On-time and on-budget project delivery rates.
- Profit margins achieved against established financial targets.
- Safety incident and lost-time injury (LTI) rates.
Pay: ₹50,321.83 - ₹98,375.79 per month
