Job Summary
We are hiring Customer Service Executives for an International Voice Process. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills who can provide exceptional customer support to international customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally.
- Assist customers with train schedules, routes, fares, delays, cancellations, and other travel-related queries.
- Provide accurate information using internal systems.
- Resolve customer concerns while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain quality standards and process compliance.
- Escalate complex issues when required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate.
- Minimum 6 months of work experience in any field.
- Good English communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Salary & Benefits
- ₹30,000 fixed in-hand salary per month.
- 5 days working.
- 2 rotational weekly offs.
