Job Summary:
We are looking for Telecallers to contact prospective customers, explain our land projects, and generate site visit appointments and qualified leads for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Call prospective customers from the provided database
Explain land projects, locations, pricing, and offers clearly
Generate leads and fix site visit appointments
Follow up with interested customers and maintain call records
Coordinate with the sales team for lead updates and conversions
Meet daily/weekly targets for leads and conversions
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for smooth lead closure
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (English & local language)
Convincing and polite speaking ability
Ability to handle customer queries and objections
Basic knowledge of real estate calling is an added advantage
Customer-focused and target-oriented approach
Experience & Qualification:
Freshers or experienced tele callers can apply
Experience in real estate tele calling is a plus
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Any graduate

Attractive fixed salary + performance-based incentives
