We are looking for a Counsellor for the UPSC segment who will guide and counsel UPSC aspirants over calls regarding courses, admissions, and preparation strategies. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the UPSC examination process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls for UPSC course inquiries
- Counsel UPSC aspirants about course structure, exam pattern, and preparation strategy
- Convert leads into admissions through effective counselling
- Maintain follow-ups with interested candidates
- Achieve monthly admission targets
✅ Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 1 year– 4 years of experience in tele counselling (preferably in UPSC segment).
- Must have basic knowledge of the UPSC CSE examination process.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
