Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Site Supervisor to manage daily site operations while assisting customers during site visits. The ideal candidate will be responsible for explaining project details, showcasing available plots, addressing customer queries, and supporting the sales process to convert site visits into successful bookings.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers during site visits and provide a professional site tour.
- Explain project features, plot availability, pricing, and amenities.
- Guide customers in selecting suitable plots based on their requirements.
- Build strong relationships with prospective customers and address their queries.
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve plot sales targets.
- Ensure the project site is clean, organized, and ready for customer visits.
- Maintain records of customer visits, enquiries, and follow-ups.
- Monitor daily site activities and report any issues to management.
- Assist in organizing site visit events and customer meetings.
- Ensure safety, discipline, and proper maintenance of the project site.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
