- Prepare doughs, wrappers, fillings, sauces, and accompaniments according to standardized recipes.
- Execute various folding and shaping techniques with consistency and precision.
- Ensure all dim sum items are cooked and presented to the highest quality standards.
- Assist in developing new dim sum recipes and seasonal menu offerings.
- Maintain consistency in taste, texture, portion size, and presentation.
- Monitor stock levels of ingredients and communicate replenishment requirements.
- Ensure proper storage and rotation of raw materials
